Amazing Experience

I just cannot say enough about this company, my experience was amazing from start to finish. I only ordered on Tuesday and it arrived this morning (Friday) I spoke to the lovely Mike before I ordered to check the length of time of the delivery…( had unfortunately cancelled exact same same rug from another company due to being unable to holdup their initial delivery date. Mike assured me he would do everything to make sure my rug would be with me Friday or Monday, even called me on Thursday to say the rug was on its way and also sent me the tracking number…… and it was as simple as that, by Friday morning my beautiful rug is in my sitting room looking absolutely stunning. I can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you Mike, I will certainly be back
