The Rug Quarter is an online retailer providing competitive prices on quality rugs.  We aim to provide a memorable experience when you shop at our online store by offering quality products with a first class customer service, which is second to none. We are based in Birmingham and are part of the eWay Group of stores, launched in 2016 to supply a vast range of products. However, after over 30 years experience in retail and customer services, founder, Mike Bailey felt that supplying hundreds or even thousands of different types of products makes it difficult and time consuming to specialise in any one particular field. He strongly believes that retailers should be able to offer their expertise in each and every one of their products. Therefore, having recognised a select few exciting niches and having visited a few manufacturers, Mike found the whole rug manufacturing process very interesting and decided that he wanted to brighten up people's homes with such beautiful rugs.


However, this wasn't enough because The Rug Quarter needed to be different and stand out from the crowd, so as well as offering customers a few extra discounted products that may go nicely with our gorgeous rugs, we decided to have cleaning materials on offer with many rugs as well as anti-slip mats. We now offer a nationwide on-site professional cleaning service and the icing on the cake has to be our interior design service. 




We have managed to build up a reputable establishment online with distribution right across the UK and offshore islands. We have a great team and aim to grow our rug business more and more, offering our customers the best quality rugs available in the world today.



The Rug Quarter fundraises in aid of Cancer Research. Cancer Research UK is the largest charitable funder of cancer research in the world and will stay at the forefront of the global fight against cancer.
