Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it before signing for delivery. In the unlikely event that your item(s) does arrive damaged or in less than perfect condition, please call us immediately and send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. We can only accept returns for damaged goods and for no other reason as per vendor policy.
Cancellations & Refunds
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a £20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges. Please quote your order number on all correspondence. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
