    The rug I ordered was out of stock. After contacting Mike he gave me an approximate date it was due in the country. During the 6 weeks I waited he kept me updated as to what was happening. He rang me the day before delivery and rang a few days later to make sure I was happy with the rug.
    I was really pleased at how well the rug was packaged and how it has transformed my sitting room. I would definitely recommend this company as the service is the best online service I have ever experienced!
