Needed a rug that would fit nicely with our mix of furnishings on our wood effect Karndean flooring. Needed warm tones mixed with cooler ones. This looked to be just the job. It’s excellent, a really good size for the room and a lovely mix of colours. As the Big Lebowski said, “That rug really tied the room together."
The rug is just right for my son’s room with lovely muted colours and soft feel.
Aside from the rug being great quality and arriving well packaged and on time I have to rave a bit about just how lovely the customer service was. It’s rare these days for a company to bother to pick up the phone and talk to their customers, but Mike called me to politely and cheerfully enquire if all was well with the rug.
I didn’t make his life easy because it took us about 6 months to actually get the rug down while we waited for the room to be decorated, but he dutifully gave me a quick call every so often to see how we were getting on and we ended up having a bit of a running joke that we’d STILL not unwrapped it.
I mention all this because the personal nature of the customer service was just so refreshing and welcome.
We will 100% be using this company again for our next rug purchase and I’ll try not to take so long to put the next one down Mike!
